This article addresses the general issue of developing scientific activities for early childhood education institutions. The topic is discussed on the basis of existing theoretical approaches and focuses on the issue of creating teaching activities through relevant research in this scientific field. In the following, typical examples of developing activities in four different scientific fields are presented and discussed.
