Abstract

Our study is interested in the production of a methodological tool for the operational approach to the training of students in pilot schools in the school system in Tunisia. So, in this article we will try to answer the following questions: How do the pilot high schools work? What psychological problems might this competitive system generate in students? What problems do the heads of these schools have in dealing with these problems? How do teachers in the schools perceive the psychological and didactic problems generated by this system and what solutions do they propose to overcome them? To this end, a questionnaire was given to former students and interviews were conducted with the principals and teachers at these pilot schools.
