The main purpose of the study is to find out the significance of the mediating effects of organizational leadership and teacher emotions on the relationship between emotional intelligence and discipline management practices among public elementary school teachers. A quantitative non-experimental design with a correlational approach and mediation analysis was used. The data were collected from 335 teachers from the public-school units in 4 cluster areas of Davao del Sur, namely the big schools of Cluster 1, Cluster 2, Cluster 3, and Cluster 4 of the Division of Davao del Sur. The method used to choose the respondents was the cluster sampling technique. The statistical tools employed for analysis were mean, Pearson's r and path analysis. The results showed that all three components of emotional intelligence, organizational leadership and teacher emotions had very high results, and discipline management practices had a high level. Furthermore, the results indicated that there were significant relationships between emotional intelligence and organizational leadership, organizational leadership and discipline management practices, emotional intelligence and teacher emotions, teacher emotions and discipline management practices and emotional intelligence and discipline management practices. In addition, organizational leadership and teacher emotions were also determined to partially mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and discipline management practices. The results of this study can be used by policymakers in drafting plans, school heads in creating plans, and teachers in enhancing their organizational leadership abilities, teacher emotions, emotional intelligence, and discipline management practices.
