Specifically, the big schools under Cluster 1, Cluster 2, Cluster 3, and Cluster 4 in Davao del Sur Division. Cluster sampling technique was used in the study, with statistical tools including mean, standard deviation, Pearson r, and path analysis. The findings on creativity-nurturing behavior, flexibility, empowering leadership, and teacher dispositions are very high. Moreover, there are significant relationships among creativity-nurturing behavior and empowering leadership; empowering leadership and flexibility; creativity-nurturing behavior and teacher dispositions; teacher dispositions and flexibility; and creativity-nurturing behavior and flexibility. Furthermore, empowering leadership and teacher dispositions resulted in no significant combined mediation of the relationship between creativity-nurturing behavior and flexibility.
