Abstract

Education is an essential part of modern, civilized, advanced and developed society and its progress can never be completed and multidimensional, today when we talk about education, the shape of inclusive education comes to the fore. Due to which normal and disabled get education by sitting at the same table in a school together. Without inclusive education, the education of disabled cannot be given in full and real shape. In the 21st century, the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 came into force, which led to the development of a new consciousness among disabled (Divyangjan, 2021). Under which making disabled aware, bringing disabled into the mainstream of society through inclusive education, use of educational technology, barrier free environment, categorizing the existing 7 to 21 types of disability and increasing many services operates.

    Chandan Singh, Assistant Professor, Sri Jagdamba Education and Research Institute, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. I am working in Special Education, Rehabilitation (Rehabilitation Council of India), and Inclusive education particularly in the area, he has over 6 years of experience. He has published more than 12 publications national and international papers in reputed journals.

    Yogendra Pandey (PhD), Faculty of Education, B.H.U., Varanasi-India. As the faculty and Associate Professor in Special and Inclusive education particularly in the area of teacher education, he has over 20 years of experience in the area of education particularly inclusive education. He has published more than 30 publications national and international papers in reputed journals, chapter in books and contributed in development of self-instructional materials (SLM) for open distance learning students at national – state Open University. He attended and participated in more than 55 national and international seminars, conferences, symposia, workshops etc. Delivered many (43) resource lectures at national and international level, guided several (40) dissertations at P.G. level and also supervising 6 PhD students and awarded 6 students. He has served as resource persons, subject expert, visiting expert in various programme of several organizations as NCERT, RCI, IGNOU, Many central and state universities etc. He organized several lectures, Conferences, seminars, Continuing Rehabilitation Education (CRE) programmes, Refresher programme for teacher educators in inclusive (special) education as organizing secretary/ convener/coordinator at faculty of Education BHU, Kamachha, Varanasi.
