While leading the Vietnamese revolution, President Ho Chi Minh had many measures to direct and build new life to change the way of eating, dressing, living, and traveling in a scientific manner, civilized and progressive. His instructions are the basis for the Communist Party of Vietnam to set out policies and guidelines for cultural development in the people's national democratic revolution and the socialist revolution. In this article, the author mentions two essential contents: building a new life - the core contents; and the work of new life with new rural construction today.Referencias
