The reliability co-efficient of 0.81 and 0.91 were obtained for teachers and students respectively. The researchers generated three researched question and one hypothesis that was tested at a significance level of 0.05. Simple percentage, mean and standard deviation were used to analyzed the research questions and t-test to analyzed the hypothesis. The study found that most instructional resources were not available, the instructional resources were not adequate for further mathematics instructions and time allocated for further mathematics instructions were not adequate among others.
