In this article, we describe our conception with regard to the "teacher" component, this component is organized around five factors; frame of reference, the attitude, the mode of perception, the conception of the role of teacher and the intention, which, according to our consideration, represent the axes defining the effectiveness of the contribution of the teacher in the educational act publicized. Each factor has decisive parameters that define its effectiveness and efficiency in the specific environment of the educational act. The whole of this diagram relating to the "teacher" is part of the overall scheme embodying the AEMBC model conceptualized in order to develop a model for the integration of new technologies based on the consideration of the communication dimension applicable to the act. This consideration is based on the idea that the learning process is first and foremost an act of communication in its own right which must be subject to specific rules of this nature, and which must take into consideration a certain number of points. To foster contact, strengthen links and develop the culture of exchange and interaction, conditions without which no communication process is valid and cannot claim to be effective, and no educational act, digital or conventional, cannot aspire to guarantee the achievement of objectives.
